Marc Believe it or not, Marc isn’t just a library of Simpsons and Family Guy quotes. He is an incredibly nerdy computer geek. At the age of 11, he taught himself how to program in order to build his own computer games. At 12, he landed his first paying client. Fast forward to 2009: Marc is in his final year of school at the University of Minnesota, closing in on degrees in physics AND mechanical engineering. In addition to working for Kaptive, Marc works part-time for the U of M’s Department of Computer Science and Engineering as a programmer for a multi-university research group. Before that, he helped to manage the Minnesota Supercomputing Institute’s research databases and web interfaces. Marc is proficient in SQL, MySQL, HTML, Perl, PHP, CSS, Flash, JavaScript, and a myriad of other technologies that make the World (Wide Web) go ‘round. If your website demands content management solutions, complex back-end programming functionality, database integration, or proven site optimization, Marc is the guy who will set you apart from the competition.
