Our websites range in price from about $300 - $2000, with the average price being about $700. The cost of your site will depend on its complexity. A simple site with a minimal number of pages and static content will cost less than a site with many pages and customizable content. Do you have an existing website that needs a few changes? We can do that! Kaptive Entertainment offers both site maintenance and site revision services whether we designed your website or not.

SITE MAINTENANCE includes general updates to the content on your website (photos, text) to keep it current. If you have purchased our content management system, you should be able to do most (if not all) of this yourself. If you do not have a content management system built into your site, no problem! We offer site maintenance services for $30/month. You provide us with the content, & we’ll take care of the rest.

SITE REVISION includes more extensive changes to your site like creating an additional web page or making an edit to your main design template. We perform site revision services for $60/hour. We will always tell you up-front the maximum hours that your revision project will take and we will not go over budget.

Once we have agreed upon a price, we require a 50% down payment before we can begin work on your site. We will ask you to send us all the details for your project (type of design, photos to be used, text to be included, number of pages and page titles). We’ll begin working on your project once we receive all necessary information from you. You’ll receive your first draft of your design on or before the deadline that we agreed upon. At this point, you may request any edits to your design template before we populate the site with all of your content. Please proof all of your text before you send it to us as we are not responsible for any spelling, grammatical, or other text content errors. Once you have approved the final version, we require a 100% payment on your project balance before files will be released.
